「おしりの幸せ」は完成するまで約10年掛かりました。
その間のことを書きます。

スパッツ作成をお願いできる縫製会社は見つかりましたが、
パッドが作れなければ「おしりの幸せ」は完成しません。
パッド作成をお願いできる会社探しにやっきになっていました。

「おしりの幸せ」のパッドは一番厚いところが2.5～3cmです。となると
厚物の縫製ができる会社でないと難しい訳です。
一般的な縫製会社からは厚すぎるために全て断られていました。

そんな中、「他社で断られた縫製もご相談下さい」とアピールしている会社さんを発見。
特殊な物も縫製されているようです。
相談してみました。。。。断られました。
お尻に当てる部分の製品で、ある意味繊細な縫製という点が難しかったようです。

断られながらも、
「他社で断られた縫製もご相談下さい」とうたっている縫製会社からも断られるパッドなんだな～。
後でこのことはネタになるね～と思いました(今ネタになりました。成就！)

他に探した分野は、
クッションメーカー
お布団メーカー
などです。
どれもうまくいきませんでした。

しかし、やっと1社見つかりました。
ズバリ「厚物専門縫製会社」さんです。

サンプルをお願いしてみました。

とっても丁寧な縫製！
こちらでお願いしよう！
やっと縫製会社見つかった～！

心でコサックダンスを踊るほど嬉しかったです。
が、しかし、喜べたのは一瞬でした。。。。

「おしりの幸せ」を世に出せました。

誕生秘話が掲載。
「試行錯誤の約10年。一人で「おしりの幸せ」を開発するまでの物語」

None of them worked.

However, we finally found one company.
It was a “sewing company specializing in thick fabrics.

I asked for a sample.
